What do Bookstores and Dodo birds have in common?

Nothing. Dodo birds went extinct years ago, but bookstores are making a comeback.

This area hasn’t had a book store in 15 years. Now we suddenly have two. Combining books with coffee, good food, and an inviting vibe seems to do the trick.

Grounded Books (and coffee bar) had their grand opening last week. I met Rachel, the owner, who is an energizer bunny. I wish her much success.

Great place. Go visit at 2111 Calistoga Drive in New Lenox,IL.
